«NEW YORK, NEW YORK»

Touring NY once again with Johann and Loreen. Johann knows NYC inside out. It was such a fun day. I got to see new things there that I haven't seen in all the previous visits and take pictures of the things that I haven't taken before.

I conclude with some yummy food at Juniors Cheesecake place! =P

My Story

My name is Dali. It's a Chinese name meaning perceivable and wise. I am married to my college sweetheart Tim, with the last name Ng. One day during the very first stage of our dating years, Tim told his mom that he was dating this girl at school named Dali. His mom's response... "Oh great! If she marries you someday, her name will be DaliNg, like darling."

I got into photography when I moved to Boston for my graduate work in piano performance at Boston University. Tim and I had just gotten married at the time before we moved out from California. We wanted to develop a hobby that both of us can enjoy doing. So we decided on photography since that's as "in common" as a classical musician and a business man could come to.

I totally fell in love with photography. Tim will often say that I just have an eye for it. My style is definitely influenced by my discipline in classical music as well as my cheerful and free spirited personality. Each day, I am striving to become better.
